Compliance and Service Disclaimer

TowPlease makes vehicle transport easier to request and manage. This page explains TowPlease's independent company identity, its technology relationship, how independent carriers are used, and what customers should expect.

Last updated: August 25, 2026

TowPlease is an independent vehicle transport company.

TowPlease and GBW Freight are separate companies. TowPlease uses quote-engine technology supplied by GBW Freight; that technology relationship does not make either company the parent, subsidiary, or DBA of the other.

Independent Company Identity

TowPlease and GBW Freight are separate companies. TowPlease uses quote-engine technology supplied by GBW Freight, but neither company is the parent, subsidiary, DBA, or consumer-facing brand of the other.

The TowPlease name does not represent a motor carrier. Vehicle transportation is performed by appropriately authorized independent carriers assigned through the dispatch network.

Carrier Vetting and Coordination

Before assignment, carrier operating credentials are reviewed using available authority, insurance, equipment, service-area, and contact information. Carrier status can change, and carriers remain responsible for maintaining all authority, insurance, licensing, and safety requirements applicable to their operations.

TowPlease coordinates the move and customer communication, while the assigned carrier controls its equipment, drivers, route execution, and safe operation of the transport vehicle.

Shipment Limitations

Pickup, delivery, and transit timelines can be affected by weather, vehicle condition, equipment availability, driver hours, road access, traffic, mechanical issues, auctions, storage facilities, and market conditions.

TowPlease works to keep shipments moving, but no exact pickup or delivery deadline is guaranteed unless explicitly agreed in writing with the responsible operator.

Insurance and Risk

Carrier cargo and liability insurance depends on the assigned provider. Customers should request written insurance details before booking when coverage requirements are strict.

High-value, classic, specialty, modified, oversized, or inoperable vehicles may require additional documentation, inspection, valuation support, equipment, or insurance review before movement.
