TowPlease

How vehicle transport works

Three steps. One less headache.

From auction lot to driveway, TowPlease keeps the process clear while GBW Freight powers the operations and our dispatch network connects each move with a vetted carrier.

Estimate first

Final pricing and timing are reviewed before a carrier is dispatched.

Step 01

Estimate and confirm

Enter the route and vehicle details for an estimate. When you continue, TowPlease reviews the move and confirms final pricing before dispatch.

Step 02

Carrier pickup

Our dispatch network matches the move with a vetted carrier and coordinates pickup details. At handoff, you and the driver document the vehicle condition and sign the Bill of Lading.

Step 03

Delivery

The carrier meets you at the agreed delivery location. Inspect the vehicle, compare its condition with the pickup record, and sign for delivery.

Between booking and pickup

We line up the move.

TowPlease reviews the route, vehicle condition, carrier type, timing, and access notes. Our dispatch network then matches the move with a vetted carrier based on equipment, availability, and service area.

Details reviewed

Route, vehicle, condition, and equipment requirements are checked.

Vetted carrier dispatched

Pickup contacts and timing are coordinated with a carrier whose operating credentials are reviewed before assignment.

Tracking activated

If TruckTrack was added, the customer link is ready and the driver link activates after dispatch.

Before the truck arrives

Get the car pickup-ready.

Take clear photos

Photograph every side of the vehicle before pickup.

Have keys ready

The carrier needs working keys for loading and unloading.

Keep fuel low

About one-quarter tank is normally enough for transport.

Remove loose items

Take out valuables, toll tags, and unsecured accessories.

Quick answers

Good to know.

Is the online estimate the final price?

It is an estimate based on the route and vehicle details entered. TowPlease reviews current carrier conditions and confirms final pricing before dispatch.

Can you move a non-running vehicle?

Yes. Select non-running when requesting the estimate so we can account for the loading equipment and carrier requirements.

Can I ship more than one car?

Yes. Use Add car in the booking form, or send a partnership inquiry if you regularly move dealer, auction, or wholesale inventory.

How does TruckTrack work?

TruckTrack gives the customer a private tracking page. TowPlease activates the secure driver link after the shipment is dispatched.

Ready when you are

Start with the route.

Two ZIP codes and a few vehicle details are enough to get an estimate.
