GBW Freight manages transport coordination, carrier dispatch, customer records, payment processing, and operational support. References to TowPlease in these policies include GBW Freight and its operating infrastructure where applicable.
We may collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, pickup and delivery details, vehicle information, timing, lane notes, company details, carrier application details, and payment-related confirmation data.
When you request a quote, book transport, join the carrier network, email us, or submit a form, the information you provide is used to evaluate the move, coordinate with relevant carriers or service providers, and respond to you.
We use information to prepare quotes, review routes, coordinate shipments, communicate with customers, maintain internal records, vet carrier contacts, send approved quote emails, and improve pricing and operations.
Information may be shared with carriers, payment processors, inspection providers, storage facilities, or other service providers only when needed to evaluate or perform the requested transport service.
We may use privacy-limited analytics to understand page visits, traffic sources, site performance, quote-form activity, and contact clicks. We do not intentionally send quote details, names, email addresses, phone numbers, or vehicle information to analytics providers.

TowPlease uses GBW Freight infrastructure and third-party services such as Stripe for payment collection and transactional email providers for customer communication. Payment card details are handled by payment processors and are not stored directly by TowPlease or GBW Freight.
You can contact quotes@gbwfreight.com to request an update, correction, or deletion of personal information, subject to records retained for business, payment, legal, or dispute-resolution purposes.
We keep quote, booking, shipment, and carrier records for as long as needed to operate the business, document communications, resolve disputes, and improve service quality.
No internet-based system is perfect, but reasonable technical and administrative controls are used to limit access to operational data.
