Terms of Service

These terms explain how TowPlease handles estimates, approved quotes, vehicle transport coordination, payments, carrier dispatch, and service limitations.

Last updated: August 25, 2026

TowPlease is an independent vehicle transport company.

TowPlease and GBW Freight are separate companies. TowPlease uses quote-engine technology supplied by GBW Freight; that technology relationship does not make either company the parent, subsidiary, or DBA of the other.

Quotes and Estimates

Quotes, preliminary ranges, timelines, and availability are based on the information provided at the time of review. Rates may change if vehicle details, operability, location access, timing, fuel conditions, market conditions, or carrier availability change.

A written approved quote issued through the TowPlease workflow controls over any preliminary calculator output, verbal estimate, or automated range shown before human review.

Service Coordination

TowPlease coordinates quote and booking requests and may use independent motor carriers, brokers, storage facilities, inspectors, technology vendors, or other third-party service providers where appropriate.

Unless expressly stated in writing, TowPlease does not guarantee exact pickup dates, delivery dates, transit times, carrier acceptance, or weather-sensitive movement windows.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information, vehicle year, make, model, condition, pickup and delivery access, ownership or release documents, and any information needed for the carrier to perform the move.

Delays, additional charges, storage, dry runs, failed pickups, or penalties caused by incorrect or incomplete information may be billed to the customer.

Independent Carriers

Vehicle transport is performed by independent carriers selected through the dispatch network. Carrier credentials are reviewed before assignment, but traffic, weather, equipment, road access, and carrier operating decisions may remain outside TowPlease's direct control.

Customers should inspect the vehicle and review the Bill of Lading at pickup and delivery. Damage concerns should be documented immediately with the carrier and reported to TowPlease.
